Faculty Achievements
Our faculty members are often involved in exchanging ideas with their peers and the global community. We believe that faculty members are the core strength of our department. Hence, we motivate them to learn and update their knowledge and skills. We provide them several opportunities to attend national and international conferences, as well as publish their research papers in reputed journals and encourage them to apply for research projectsat various funding agencies. Dr. Jagadeesha Angadi V
- Filed 2 US Patent (both patents are under consideration).
- As a part of International open access week 2022 celebrated by Elsevier my article “Synthesis, phase transformation, and morphology of hausmannite Mn3O4 nanoparticles: photocatalytic and antibacterial investigations” downloaded 6661 times at Elsevier platform and was linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping to tackle some of the world’s greatest challenges in 2022.
- Selected as a Visiting faculty Program at The Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research(JNCASR), Bangalore
- Listed as AD Scientific Index - World Scientist Rankings – 2023
- The UGC DAE CSR Kolkatta Center, Govt. of India has sanctioned research grant for the research project on “Electric field Induced tuning of Magnetism in Hexagonal Magnetoelectric Multiferroic and their radiation stability’.
- Published 48 research papers in International Journals (UGC care list) (2019-2022). Published 15 research papers after SSR submission.
- Published 10 book chapters and 3 books
- Research paper Entitled “Towards shape-oriented Bi-doped CoCr2O4 nanoparticles from theoretical and experimental perspectives: structural, morphological, optical, electrical and magnetic properties” Published in Journal of Materials Chemistry C selected as part of the themed collection.
